Barton Flats Campground Near Jenks Lake
Hi Yearly Members. I have another short camping trip within 1 and half drive from Palm Springs.
YOU WILL NEED TO BOOK YOUR SPOT ASAP for these spots will go quick.
I have Space 38. I will have a tent that can hold another person
My spot will also have Debbi in a tent that can hold another person.
Sandra Curry and Robert Markowitz have space 37.
Chris Ellesworth has space 30
Dixie has space 36
If you are purchases as camping spot.
You can park two cars in one spot but you will need to pay an extra $10 for the extra car.
Before you book please know the following:
1. Some spots are extra large and they are double the price per night.
2. Even though the icon shows RVs you are permitted to camp.
3. August can bring monsoon afternoon rains. Be prepared for rain. I will be bring my canopies.
4. If August is dry then there may be campfire restriction through California.
5. There are bears in the area and lock boxes are provided at each site.
6. Dogs are welcomed, but my be leashed and cannot bark continuously. Ranger will either fine or ask you to leave (noted in yelp review)

THE FUN STUFF
1. There are several great hikes from the campground
2. There are showers and flush toilets at the campsite.
3. The area is forested and beautiful
4. Jenks Lake is a 45 minute walk from camp.
5. You get to hang with me :)
MY CAMPING SPOT
1. I have space 38
A. I will take two people in my car plus a second car in my spot, but whoever it is they will need to get my their items two days before the camp trip.
B. My spot can support a second car. The second car must be able two take at least one other person.
C. I will set up a 10 person tent and two 5 person tents if required. D. Two people each in five person tents. and 5 people in the 5 person tent.
E. I will charge for my spot $25 per each person which includes tent setup and camping spot.
F. Fee will be collect at the time of your committing to go. It is non refundable if you decide not to go.
EXTRAS FEES:
1. I will cook dinner each night. The fee for dinner is $10 per night.
2. Each person should buy one stack of wood at $7.
3 You supple your breakfast and lunch. You supply your dinner if you wish to bring your own dinner.

What a great campground! It has everything you need for a fun successful camping trip. Our campsite #31 backed up to the forest and accessed absolutely gorgeous hiking trails with amazing views!!! Campsites are very roomy with a picnic table, fire ring with grill and has lots of extra room for the kids to play! The facilities are pristine. Free Hot showers, flushable toilets, sinks, mirrors and outlets for accessories. Lights are on inside the facilities after dark so no need to bring your lantern! Potable water near every campsite made it very convenient for washing dishes after meals. Overall, very pleased with this campground tucked in the beautiful San Bernardino National Forest! Took away so many fun, adventure filled memories, we'll be back!
